Ingredients
- 4 marrow bones
- Olive Oil
- 2 boxes beef broth
- Fresh Thyme, Parsley
- 2 cloves garlic
- Beef Concentrate
- Salt and Pepper
- 3 lbs Onions sliced
- Fresh Thyme
- Butter
- Crusty bread
- Cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Brown marrow bones in olive oil. Transfer to heavy pot. Cover bones with beef broth; add fresh thyme & parsley. Reinforce broth with beef concentrate. Simmer bones. Season to taste.
Saute onions in butter til golden. Add fresh thyme.
Add onions to broth.
