Ingredients
- 1 (12 oz) box Hy-Vee bow-tie noodles 119845
- 1 lb lean ground beef4242109
- 1 (24 oz) jar Hy-Vee pasta sauce4253652
- 1 tsp Hy-Vee Italian seasoning123095
- 1/2 cup Hy-Vee 2%-milk shredded mozzarella cheese124392
- 1 (6 oz) container nonfat plain Greek yogurt122602
- Hy-Vee salt and black pepper, to taste127092
Preparation
Step 1
Cook bow-tie noodles according to package directions; drain.
Meanwhile, brown ground beef in large skillet over medium-high heat until no longer pink; drain and return to skillet.
Add pasta sauce, seasoning, cheese, Greek yogurt and cooked pasta to beef.
Fold together and heat over low heat about 5 minutes or until cheese melts. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
