Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp water
- 1/2 Tbsp toasted sesame oil
- 1 1/2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 1/2 Tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 inch fresh ginger, grated
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 Tbsp cornstarch (reduce for dressing)
Preparation
Step 1
In a small bowl stir together the soy sauce, water, sesame oil, brown sugar, rice vinegar, fresh ginger, minced garlic, cornstarch, and sesame seeds. (You can grate the ginger with a small-holed cheese grater). Heat the sauce ingredients until desired thickness.
