Breakfast Patties

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs lean ground turkey
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp dried sage leaves
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Crumble turkey into large bowl. Add all other ingredients. Shape into 16, 2 1/2 inch patties. In a large skillet, cook patties over medium heat for 4-6 minutes on each side or until meat is no longer pink.
