Ingredients

  • 2

    dozen glazed Krispy Kreme doughnuts

  • 3

    eggs, beaten

  • 1

    can sweetened condensed milk, add to eggs and beat together

  • Vanilla flavoring to taste, added to egg mixture 1 tsp or more

  • 1/2

    stick melted butter

  • cinnamon to taste

  • 1

    cup chopped pecans

  • GLAZE:

  • 2

    cups confectioners' sugar

  • 3 to 4

    Tbsp milk or water

Directions

Cut the doughnuts into small chunks and place in large mixing bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients (after they are mixed) to the doughnuts. Then add milk a little at a time and stirring it in until the texture seems right to you, not so juicy that it is soupy, but moist enough that it's kind of a lumpy cake batter. Add the pecans and stir. Pour mixture into 13x9 inch glass baking dish and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Check it with toothpick to see if it's done, if not bake another 5 mintues and check until done. Take it out and let it cool. Glaze: Mix together and beat until it becomes smooth and pourable. Drizzle over bread pudding. If this isn't enough, make another batch of glaze.
