ROTEL RANCH DIP

Ingredients

• Sour Cream (16 oz)
• 1 can of Rotel Tomatoes (drained)
• 1/2 pack of Ranch dressing mix
• Shredded cheese
• Ritz crackers for serving

Preparation

Step 1

In a mixing bowl, mix together sour cream and 1/2 a pack of ranch dressing mix (add more or less for taste).


Add the cheese and the drained tomatoes. I added 3/4 - 1 cup of cheese but once again you could add more or less.


Serve with crackers or chips and enjoy! I told you it was super simple.
