Watermelon Wedges with Lime and Honey

• 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
• 3 TBS clover honey
• 3 one inch slices of chilled watermelon, quartered

Step 1

Whisk together the lime juice and honey in a bowl until the honey dissolves. Arrange the watermelon wedges on a large platter and drizzle with the lime-honey dressing in equal measure. Serve immediately.
