Ingredients
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar (I used rice vinegar though)
- 2 Roma tomatoes, quartered
- 1 medium apple, quartered
- 2 tbs sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp tomato paste
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1 garlic clove, peeled
Preparation
Step 1
Place all ingredients into blender in the order listed. Blend on High for approx 1 minute until smooth.
