Step 1
To make ginger lime syrup heat 1 c fresh ginger peeled and thinly sliced with 1 c fresh lime juice and 1 c sugar, simmer then off the heat and let steep. Receipe calls to blend it then strain is pressing solids to get every drop, I didnt do this and dont think I need to. Then chill bottle of Prosecco and take champaign glass out poor in 1 tbsp Cointreau (orange liquor), 2 tbsp ginger lime syrup and fill with Prosecco. Garnish with lime slice. I TRIED THIS 4/12 AND BOTH JACKIE AND I THOUGHT IT WAS VERY GOOD.
