Crab Puffs

Made with English muffins - better if muffins are lightly toasted prior to adding topping.

Ingredients

• Large English Muffins - could use regular
• 2 jars old English cheese spread
• 1 can crab meat - drained
• 1/2 - 1 cube soft butter
• garlic salt to taste
• Chives to garnish (after they come out of broiler)

Preparation

Step 1

Spread mixture on muffins, Broil until bubbly, will brown slightly, cut into quarters.
