Roasted Garlic Mushrooms

Ingredients
- 16 even sized mushrooms
- 3 Tbsp oil
- 2 Tbsp garlic chopped finely
- 3 Tbsp unsalted butter softeed
- 2 Tbsp fresh thyme chopped
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 5 Tbsp breadcrumbs
- 1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Pre heat oven to 400 degrees
Lightly fry mushrooms in hot oil, cap side down 2-3 minutes
Arrange mushrooms in a 9x13 baking dish with stems facing upward
In a small bowl, combine butter, garlic, thyme, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Spoon a little of the mixture into each mushroom, then lightly press some breadcrumbs on top.
Bake for 15 minutes or until golden around the top.
Can be made ahead, and baked just before serving.
