- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 3/4 cups pecan halves

Step 1
Bring sugars and cream to a boil. Add pecans, butter, and vanilla after temperature reaches 200-225 degrees. Stir rapidly until mixture thickens and loses glossy finish. Work quickly to lay out on wax paper.
Let cool completely and store in airtight container.
