Caramel Corn

Ingredients

  • 6 Quarts Popcorn
  • 1 Cup Marg
  • 2 Cup Firmly Packed Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Corn Syrup
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter
Stir in sugar, corn syrup and salt
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly
boil 5 minutes without stirring
Remove from heat
Stir in Soda and Vanilla
Pour over corn and mix well
Turn into a large pan
Bake 325 for 1 Hour, stir occasionally
Cool
