Ingredients
- Stew meat, 1 lbs., cubed
- 3 med. Potatoes, pared and quartered
- 6 med. Carrots, pared, cut in 1 inch pieces
- 2 med. Onions, quartered
- 1 cup celery
- 2 tsp salt, pepper to taste
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 cup water, cup flour, cup water
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in Dutch Oven. Season. Pour on tomato sauce and the 1 cup water. Cover
Bake for 4 hours or in crock pot. Make rue with flour and cup water. Add to stew to thicken and cook until thickening occurs.
