Ingredients
- 1/4 lb. chorizo
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 2 bolillos, split
- 2 KRAFT Singles
Preparation
Step 1
COOK chorizo in medium skillet on medium heat 5 min. or until done, stirring occasionally; drain.
RETURN chorizo to skillet; stir in eggs. Cook 2 min. or just until eggs are set, stirring occasionally.
FILL rolls with egg mixture and Singles. Cut each sandwich in half.
*Bolillos
A bolillo is a type of savory bread traditionally made in Mexico that's similar to French bread - crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. Look for bolillos in Mexican markets.
Substitute
Prepare using a 28-inch loaf of French bread, cut into 4 pieces.*
