Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil, or as needed
- 2 1/2 lbs tenderloin or 4 individual chops
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 garlic powder, or to taste
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 (8 oz) package sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1 -10.75 oz Cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 cup sour cream

Step 1
Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium heat.Season pork chops to taste with salt,pepper, & garlic powder. Cook pork until browned on both sides, 5-6 minutes. Remove from pan, set aside. In the same skillet, cook onion and mushrooms until browned lightly and begin to soften, 3-5 minutes.
Pour white wine into slow cooker, stir in onion and mushrooms. Place pork onto of veggies.
Combine soup, and sour cream in a bowl. spread over pork. cover slow cooker. Cook on low 7-8 hours.
