Papaya and pineapple pair with ginger in this sweet, tropical-tasting blast. The enzymes papain in papaya and bromelain in pineapple are both known to help the body digest and absorb protein. Add some plain Greek yogurt or Greek-style cultured coconut milk to this treat for a probiotic boost!
