Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons honey
- 6 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
- 1 pound baby carrots
Preparation
Step 1
1. Prepare Carrots using the usual method to cook ( steam, boil) ,cook till fork tender, Drain excess water, set aside carrots in a separate bowl
2. Place pan on stove and add honey and dijon. Heat till bubbly, then return carrots and coat evenly with sauce and cook for 1 minute
Serve immediately
