Ingredients
- 2 cups Campbell's chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon chopped dried chives
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 1 teaspoon reduced-calorie margarine
- 1 egg, beaten or equivalent in egg subsstitute
- 1 Tablespoon Soy sauce
Preparation
Step 1
In a medium saucepan heat broth.
Add chives, peas and margarine.
Cook 2-3 minutes.
Stir in beaten egg.
Continue cooking until egg starts to set.
