Chinese Egg Drop Soup*

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Campbell's chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon chopped dried chives
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas
  • 1 teaspoon reduced-calorie margarine
  • 1 egg, beaten or equivalent in egg subsstitute
  • 1 Tablespoon Soy sauce

Preparation

Step 1

In a medium saucepan heat broth.
Add chives, peas and margarine.
Cook 2-3 minutes.
Stir in beaten egg.
Continue cooking until egg starts to set.
