Low fat Orange Dream Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons crushed graham crackers
  • 2/3 cup boiling water
  • 1 pkg Orange flavor sugar free jello
  • 1 cup low fat cottage cheese
  • 1 (8oz) container fat free cream cheese
  • 2 cups fat free cool whip, thawed

Preparation

Step 1

Sprinkle crumbs on bottom of greased 8 or 9 inch springform pan or 9 inch pie plate.

Stir boiling water into jello for 2 minutes until dissolved. Cool 5 mins. Pour into blender with cream & cottage cheese. Blend on medium speed until well blended, scrape down sides occasionally.

Pour blended batter into large bowl. Ad whipped topping; stir gently until well blended. Pour into prepared pan and smooth top with spatula. Refrigerate 4 hours to set.
