Ingredients
- 6 Tbsp. Asian chili paste with garlic
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. unseasoned rice vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Asian sesame oil
- 6 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 Tbsp. grated fresh ginger or refrigerated puree
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid. Refrigerate covered up to two weeks. Marinade your preferred meat, poultry or fish for at least 30 minutes. Grill at medium-high.
