Crumb Boss CREAM CHEESE TOPPING
- 1 lb Cream Cheese, room temperature
- 6 oz Butter room temperature
- 1 c Confectioners Sugar
- 1 T Vanilla Extract
- 1 T Coffee Instant Granules
- 1 tsp Cinnamon

In mixer cream cream cheese and butter. Add remaining ingredients and combine until smooth.
Can be spread over Cappuccino Brownies and pour ganache over cream cheese topping.
Freeze for about 10 minutes until set.
Pipe with cinnamon Crumb Boss Swiss Vanilla buttercream icing over ganache. Cut and serve.
