Ingredients
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp. Creole seasoning, divided
- 2 egg whites
- 2 cups panko
- 2 sweet onions

Preheat oven to 450. Spray 2 rimmed baking sheets with nonstick cooking spray.
In a small bowl, whisk together flour and 1 tsp. Creole seasoning. In a second small bowl, lightly beat egg whites. In a third small bowl, combine panko and remaining 1 tsp. Creole seasoning.
Cut onions into 1/2-inch thick slices, and separate into rings. Dredge onion rings in flour mixture, gently shaking off excess. Dip in egg whites, letting excess drip off. Dredge in panko mixture to coat, and place on prepared baking sheets. Spray onion rings lightly with nonstick cooking spray.
Bake for 6 mins. Turn onion rings and bake for 4-6 mins. longer until lightly browned. Serve immediately.
