Pina Colada Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg yellow cake
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 (8oz) can crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon coconut extract

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350. In large bowl blend all ingredients on low speed until moistened. Beat at medium speed for 2 mintues.

Pour batter into greased & floured bundt or tube pan. Bake 40-45 mins or until toothpick in center comes out clean.
