Ingredients
- 1 lb ground hamburger or turkey
- 1 16oz can chile con carne
- 1 small can chopped olives
- 1 16oz can corn (drained)
- 16 oz shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 dozen corn tortillas
- 2 16oz cans tamales

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Brown meat in sauce pan.
In a large bown, add browned meat, chile, olives, corn and 4 oz of the cheese.
Tear 8-10 corn tortillas into approximately 1 inch pieces.
In large casserole dish, spread meat mix, then tortillas. repeat this sequence until all mix and tortillas are used.
Cover all with 4 oz cheese.
Quarter the tamales and place on top of the casserole, add the rest of the cheese on top .
Put in oven at 350 for 45 to 50 minutes.
