Cookies and Cream Cupcakes/Donuts

Recipe for use in Daisy donut maker or babycakes maker

Ingredients

  • 9 oreos
  • 2 cups white cake mix
  • 2 eggs, at room temperature
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Preparation

Step 1

1. Place 9 oreos in a sealable food storage bag and, using a rolling pin or a mallet, crush into coarse crumbs. Measure out 2/3 cup crumbs; reserve the remaining srumbs separately.
2. In a medium bowl, using an electric mixer on low speed, beat cake mix, eggs, water, oil, milk and vnailla for 30 seconds or until moistened. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Gently stir in the 2/3 cup cookie crumbs.
