Brownie Batter Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • 1 lb 2.5 oz box brownie mix (dry), divided
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • whipped cream and miniature chocolate chips for garnish

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together 3/4 cup dry brownie mix, flour, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese for 2 minutes or until smooth. Beat in remaining brownie mix and whipping cream. Spread over crust in springform pan. Bake at 350 degrees 45-55 minutes or until set in the center. Allow to cool completely (REALLY hard to do) before slicing and serving. Store in the refrigerator.
