Pepper and Sausage Breakfast Bake
- 1 Pkg Breakfast Sausages
- 8 slices white bread, cut into cubes
- 1 Pkg Kowalski Fajita mix
- 1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar
- 10 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 2 tsp yellow mustard powder
- 1 tsp salt
Brown sausage link and fajita mix. cut into pieces
In buttered 13x9 pan arrange bread cubes, sausage, fajita mix and cheese.
In large bowl mix eggs, milk, mustard and salt and pepper.
Pour over filling.
Refrigerate up to one day prior.
350 oven about 50 minutes.
Let stand 10 minutes
