Ingredients
- 1 Tablespoon arrowroot
- 1 teaspoon stevia
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 Tablespoons liquid aminos
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 3 (10 oz. packages) frozen broccoli florets, thawed and drained.
- or 2 (16 oz) bags fresh florets.
Preparation
Step 1
Combine arrowroot, stevia, add salt.
Add chicken broth and liquid aminos, stirring until smooth; set aside.
Saute garlic in hot oil in a wok or large skillet over medium high heat
until lightly browned.
Add broccoli; cook 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Cover and cook 2 minutes more.
Add broth mixture; cook, stirring constantly, 2 minutes or until sauce thickens.
