Lemon Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 lemon cake mix {I like Betty Crocker best}
• 1/3 cup oil
• 2 eggs

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Mix the ingredients with a hand mixer until it is well blended

Spoon onto a cookie sheet.

Bake for 10 minutes.

Place cookies on a cooling rack and dust with powdered sugar.

Voila! You have made the easiest cookies on the planet.

If you want to get fancy, add white chocolate chips before baking.
