CHEESE ONION CORNBREAD

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2-1/2 cups cornmeal mix
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup shredded cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Beat egg with milk. Stir in cornmeal mix, leaving lumps. Stir in chopped onions and cheese. Spoon into greased 8" square pan and bake 15 minutes.
