Ingredients
- 6 Chicken Breasts
- 1 Small Onion
- 1 Small Can Mushrooms
- 2 Boxes Stove Top Stuffing
- 16 oz. Sour Cream
- 2 Cans Cream of Mushroom Soup

Step 1
Boil chicken with an onion for 1 hour. Let set for 1/2 hour or overnight before cutting into bite-sized pieces. Grease lightly a 9 x 13 inch casserole dish. Put chicken into dish. Mix together sour cream, soup, and mushrooms; pour over chicken. Cover with stuffing (cooked according to package instructions). Bake, uncovered, for 1/2 hour at 350 degrees (longer if chicken is cold.
