- 1 green pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 pkgs southwestern seasoned chicken breast strips
- 6 flour tortillas
- 3/4 cup thick and chunky salsa
Heat skillet sprayed with non-stick spray on medium-high heat. Add green pepper and onion. Cook and stir 5 minutes or until tender-crisp. Add chicken breast strips, cook an additional 5 minutes or until heated through.
Fill tortillas with chicken mixture, roll up.
Serve with salsa.
