  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup redwine vinegar
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp italian seasoning
  • 6 Chicken breasts
  • Gluten free pasta

Preparation

Step 1

Place the chicken in a pan over the stove and start to brown it on both sides.
In a bowl mix together the olive oil and vinegar.
Add the garlic, pepper, and italian seasoning.
Once the the chicken is cooked all the way through pour some of the mixture into the pan with the chicken.
Pour the same mixture into your cooked gluten free noodles.
