  • TBSP. EACH:
  • 1 CUP Butter
  • 1 1/2 CUPS SUGAR
  • 3 EGGS
  • 1 CUP MILK
  • 1 TSP. VANILLA
  • 5 CUPS FLOUR
  • 5 TSP. BAKING POWDER
  • CINNAMON
  • GROUND CLOVES
  • NUTMEG
  • 3/4 CUP COCOA POWDER
  • CUP EACH:
  • NUTS (traditional Walnuts but I use Pecans)
  • RAISINS
  • CHOCOLATE CHIPS

Preparation

Step 1

CREAM SHORTENING AND SUGAR.
ADD EGGS (one at a time and mix well)
ADD MILK AND VANILLA
ADD MIXED DRY INGREDIENTS.
MIX THOROUGHLY.
ADD NUTS, RAISINS AND CHOCOLATE CHIPS.
MAKE DOUGH INTO WALNUT SIZE BALLS.
BAKE ON UNGREASED SHEET.
BAKE AT 375 FOR 9-10 MINUTES.

Toss in 10X when cooled.
