Sour Cream Coffee Cake *

Ingredients

• 1 1/3 sticks of margaine
• 1 1/2 cups sugar
• 3 eggs
• 3 cups cake flour
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1 pint sour cream
• 1/3 cup sugar
• 1/3 cup brown sugar
• 1 tsp cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Blend margarine and sugar together. Add eggs one at a time to margarine and sugar mixture.
Set aside

Mix together cake flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda together.

Add flour mixture to butter mixture alternately with sour cream.

Mix 1/3 cup sugar, 1/3 cup brown sugar and cinnamon together.

Put 1/3 of batter into a grease bundt pan. Sprinkle sugar mixture on batter. Repeat with batter and sugar mixture again and then once more.

Bake in a 350F over for one hour.
