Ingredients
- CAKE:
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups rhubarb
- TOPPING:
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Preparation
Step 1
Cream butter and sugar. Add egg, vanilla and sour cream. Stir in flour and soda. Add rhubarb. Pour into 9x13" pan. Sprinkle with topping mixture. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
