Ingredients

  • 1 medium carrot, peeled and chunked
  • 1 cup cauliflower, chunked
  • 2 cups raw kale
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chinks
  • 1 cup plain almond milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 Tbsp. ground flax

Preparation

Step 1

Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth. Makes two 14 oz. servings.
