Mapo- tofu/nasu

Ingredients

  • Sauce
  • 2/3 c water
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp sake
  • 4 tbsp shoyu
  • chili sauce
  • ground pork
  • garlic
  • ginger
  • green onion

Preparation

Step 1

Saute pork, add minced garlic, ginger, and chopped green onions.
Deep fry tofu or nasubi.
Stir sauce ingredients and add to pork mixture.
Add tofu or nasu and heat through.
