Ingredients
- Sauce
- 2/3 c water
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sake
- 4 tbsp shoyu
- chili sauce
- ground pork
- garlic
- ginger
- green onion
Preparation
Step 1
Saute pork, add minced garlic, ginger, and chopped green onions.
Deep fry tofu or nasubi.
Stir sauce ingredients and add to pork mixture.
Add tofu or nasu and heat through.
