Ingredients
- 2 lbs. stew beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 (15 oz.) cans diced tomatoes
- 2 (15 oz.) cans pinto beans
- 1 1/2 tbs. chili powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 1/2 tsp ground oregano
- salt
- cheddar cheese for topping

Preparation
Step 1
Brown stew beef. Place in slow cooker.
Add onion, tomatoes, beans, and seasonings.
Cook on low for 6-7 hours.
Sprinkle with cheese
