Ingredients
- Lemon Tart Filling:
- 4 oz Lemon Juice
- Zest of 1 Lemon
- 4 Lg Eggs
- 1 c Sugar
- 9 oz heavy Cream

Step 1
In a bowl place lemon juice lemon zest, eggs.. In separate bowl whisk cream until foamy. Whisk cream into lemon mixture. Pour into tart shells (cookie dough recipe.) Bake at 330 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool completely. Drizzle with melted chocolate or ganache. Top with raspberries. Yield 9 Ind 3.5″ tarts or 1 8″ Tart
