Ingredients
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup white balsamic or white vinegar
- 4 teaspoon McCormick Basil & Garlic Seasoning Blend
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 cups assorted vegetables such as broccoli florets, bell pepper strips, sliced carrots, snow peas and grape cherry tomatoes
- 8 oz. penne pasta, cooked and drained
- 8 oz. fresh mozzarella cheese, cut into bite-size cubes

Step 1
1.Mix oil, vinegar and Seasoning Blend in a large bowl until well blended. Add remaining ingredients; toss and coat well.
2.Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
