Ingredients
- 100 g butter
- 100 g tomato paste
- 3 tarragon sprigs
- 30 mL balsamic vinegar
- 50 mL water
- 1/2 lemon
- 10 g garlic, smashed
Preparation
Step 1
Heat saucepan on medium and add butter, and cook until light brown.
Add garlic, fry until golden brown.
Add tomato paste, fry for 30 sec.
Add balsamic vinegar and water. Cook for 5 minutes on low heat. Turn off heat.
Season with salt and lemon juice.
Add tarragon and keep warm.
