Ingredients
- 2 lbs homemade ricotta drained
- 1 3/4 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla (a little less, check as you go)
- pinch of orange zest
- pinch of cinnamon
- 1 cup marscapone

3. After your cheese has soaked overnight (if you are using regular ricotta) and is dry and smooth, mix in all ingredients (consistency is like that of a spreadable butter). Once you have everything mixed in, refrigerate.
