Ingredients
- Salad
- 4 Cups Broccoli Slaw
- 2 Cups Carrots, Shredded
- 1 Bell Pepper, Thinly Sliced
- 2 Green Onions, Chopped
- 1/2 Cup Salted Peanuts
- Dressing
- 1/4 Cup Honey
- 1/4 Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/4 Cup Rice Vinegar, Unseasoned
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1 Teaspoon Sesame Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Peanut Butter
- 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
- 1/4 Teaspoon Sriracha Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Ginger, Minced
- 2 Garlic Cloves, Minced
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all dressing ingredients in a medium bowl and whisk until peanut butter has dissolved.
Combine all salad ingredients in a large bowl.
Add dressing to salad, mix well and enjoy!
