  • 1 T whipped butter - melted
  • 1 t soy sauce
  • 3 T dried, flavored bread crumbs
  • 15 oz. chicken drumsticks - skinned



Step 1

Preheat oven to 350.
Melt butter and stir in soy sauce.
Place bread crumbs in a flat dish for breading.
Brush each drumstick with butter mixture.
Roll each drumstick in bread crumbs to evenly coat.
Please drumsticks in single layer on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
Bake 45 minutes or until juices are clean when meat is pricked with a fork.
