- 1 Pkg. California Blend Vegetables
- 6 oz. Velveeta Cheese
- 1 Sleeve Ritz Crackers
- 1 Stick Butter
Cook vegetables according to package directions; mix in cubes of Velveeta. Top with crushed crackers and melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
