Crumb Boss German Chocolate Icing/Filling

Ingredients

  • 4 oz Butter
  • 6 oz Evaporated milk
  • 6 oz Sugar
  • 2 Yolks
  • 2 oz White Chocolate
  • 1 T Vanilla X
  • 1 1/2 cups Shredded Coconut
  • 1 cup Toasted Pecan Pieces

Preparation

Step 1

In saucepan melted butter. Add sugar and evaporated milk. Heat add egg yolks than have been tempered. Place in mixer bowl. Add ing white chocolate ,vanilla, coconut and pecans. Cool completely about 12 hours. Use to fill German Chocolate Cake.
