COOKIE SHEET CAKE

  • 1 yellow cake
  • 1 lg instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 c pineapple juice
  • 1 lg cream cheese
  • 1 303 can crushed pineapple drained
  • cool whip

Preparation

Step 1

Bake cake mix in cookie sheet so it will be 1 1/2-2" high. Mix pudding, juice, and cream cheese together and frost cake with it. Place pineapple on top of pudding layer. Frost cake with cool whip add nuts or coconut on top. Better if made a day ahead.
