Susan’s PEANUT BUTTER CUP FILLING

Ingredients

  • 1- 1/2 C. Peanut Butter ( I like chunky but both will work)
  • 1 stick of softened Butter (not margarine)
  • 1 t. Vanilla
  • 3/4 C. Powdered Sugar (Pure Cane)

Preparation

Step 1

-Scoop small portion with baby spoon and roll in your hands to make a ball shape. Push into chilled chocolate mold. Be sure peanut butter mixture doesn’t protrude above mold edge. Leaving room to seal the top.

-With warm melted chocolate, spoon on more chocolate to seal PB Cup. Pop back into frig for a few minutes to set. DON’T over CHILL.

-Wrap in decorative candy wrapper foils for presentation. Don’t skip this part! Your family and friends will be really impressed by your talent and will thoroughly enjoy these yummy little treats.
